Satsang, FIRST Sunday OF EACH MONTH, 7pm
Meditating together in a group creates a strong spiritual energy that facilitates a deeper experience of meditation. Our satsang starts with guided meditation followed by kirtan (call-and-response mantra chanting and music) and a short reading, all in the Sivananda tradition. Kirtan (chanting) books are provided to help you follow and participate. Beginners and members of all traditions welcome. This is a free event although donations are gratefully accepted. Please arrive at least five minutes early. For a more detailed description, click here.
